Warner rumoured to produce big-screen spin-off of popular TV series Friends.

After the success of the recent Sex and The City Movie, Warner Bros. has started going through it's back-catalog of ended TV series which could be turned into a successful movie and of course at the top of their list is Friends.

Friends ended in 2004 after a ten-season, 238-episode run, and this alone shows how popular the show was. So a movie will clearly make a lot of money and make a lot of movie-goers happy.

Now it's just a case of getting the cast back together. Everyone seems up for it apart from Jennifer Aniston who believes the movie would be a bad turn for her career, and it would stop people taking her seriously. But once she gets on board this movie could actually happen.

Of course, this is all just rumours and it is constantly denied by publicists and the studio, but Warner Bros. recently purchased the domain name http://www.friendsthemovie.com/, so who knows what they've got going in the works. Could Marta Kauffman and David Crane return to the reigns of this phenomenal show, this time on the big screen?
